The past few weeks have been giving us warmer weather and this past week has been full of sunshine. It's not even spring, but it. is. awesome. Here are some pics from my phone.
Eliot has moved into the shoe department at Scheels and his schedule has changed.
Occasionally he is around to get a treat with us now!
Melissa brought the boys over for a visit. We went to Pioneers Park to run the hill and skip rocks in the lake and we were able to almost touch the buffalo!
Elise is really enjoying her ballet class. Here is her class showing off for parent night.
Scott and I dragged Elise along with us to the Democratic caucus. There was a huge turnout!
If you look closely, you will see Scott trying to sway the last 5 undecideds in our
neighborhood to vote for Hillary. It was close- Bernie won by 3. The Hillary crowd took it like true Americans and showed respect and pride in being able to have a voice. I always say, you can't complain about anything if you don't try to do something about it. We did a very small thing as a family and I was proud that Elise got to see her dad fight for what he thinks is right.
My birthday happened to fall on a Sunday so my desk was filled with flowers and carBs! Everything a girl needs to turn another year older ;)
Elise has fallen in love with the Harry Potter series and was very excited to see this poster.
Elise is on Spring Break this week. Every day we have walked around Holmes Lake enjoying the beautiful weather! She also enjoys the puppies and uses the time to try to talk me into getting one. #NotGoingToHappen
Looking forward to spring actually starting!
