Roadtrip!!

When my friend, Julie, texted and asked, "Would you want to come to my sisters house with me?" My answer was an immediate, "YES!" We hadn't been on a roadtrip in a long time and it was just what I needed. Our friend, Amy, came too! We set out for Colorado on a Sunday morning. The plan was to go to a Chris Tomlin concert at Red Rocks on Monday night and drive home on Tuesday.

 We ate at new, fun restaurants...

 And we ate a picnic in the car...

Here we are after we climbed a billion steps at Red Rocks. 

(That might be a literal number... it was a lot.)

 It was a gorgeous night!

 Red Rocks has been on my bucket list for quite some time. Bonnie Raitt has played there numerous times among other rock and roll legends...

The worship concert was amazing!

 On Tuesday, we spent the day laughing and eating and solving the worlds problems. 

It was perfect. 

We stopped in Denver for lunch on a rooftop deck.

 And found this awesome pub in Kearney for dinner. If you go, try the skewers!
