We hadn't been to Minnesota in December in such a long time that I can't actually remember when the last time was that we did that! So this week, Elise, Eliot and I set off for a visit. We lucked out with good travel weather!
We dropped Eliot off in Woodbury so he could spend a couple of days with his cousins and
then Elise and I headed to St. Paul to pick up Grammy!
Grammy and Elise had fun swimming in the hotel pool and then we met
John for dinner at Pizza Luce.
Our hotel was right by Como Park so we went to the Conservatory and
took in the Disney movie, Moana, which was fun.
Then we said good-bye to Grammy and picked up Eliot. We headed out to Cokato to spend a couple of days with dad and Linda where we finished three puzzles, ate well and relaxed.
After Cokato, we headed to Des Moines to meet Scott. Elise had fun swimming in the hotel pool and we all went to see the new Star Wars movie, Rogue One, which we liked it a lot!
Scott was playing the Des Moines Symphony's New Years Eve concert. We met for dinner at Fong's Pizza before the concert. The crab rangoon pizza is yummy!
