Adrienne has been home for two weeks now and so far so good! I think we are all adjusting to her being back in the house... well, maybe Eliot has a little ways to go yet, but otherwise we're good ;)
It probably helps that Adrienne had her wisdom teeth out last week and didn't really feel like going anywhere... and that she is working almost 40 hours a week and so are her good friends... and that Eliot and Elise are still in school so that the volume in the house is only loud for so many hours of the day... and that I'm working and not in her space all day long... and that Scott was at a conference last week in Texas and is now busy getting ready for his summer sessions... and that we're planning for Italy and she has a lot of paperwork to get in order for her visa...
We've also been having fun! We've shopped for new shoes for all the kids, bought plane tickets to Italy, went out for ice cream (Eliot treated us on Mother's Day), made some dinners together and went out to eat for others, played Phase 10, and planned our summer vacation.
Elise and Eliot only have four more days left of school and then there will be some more adjusting and schedules to rearrange... but for now, I'll take us right where we are.
