Human Trafficking here in Nebraska

Human trafficking is an issue even here in Nebraska. Unfortunately, people don't want to believe it's true. Some legislation has finally made it to the floor and will hopefully be able to "do something". I struggle with those words "do something"... why can't we "do something"?... how do we "do something"?... who is going to "do something"?... I guess the first step in "doing something" is to make people aware there is a problem.
