Elise was the only one who wanted to dye easter eggs. She did a beautiful job and also ate most of them! :)
Elise was part of the Easter morning drama this year. She got to sing in Hebrew and dance. She had a great time!
Here she is in the tomb....
Here are all the Hebrew children...
This is her "mom and sister"...
Peeking in the tomb...
Singing...
and dancing...
While we were at church all morning, Adrienne and Eliot hid the Easter eggs and put the ham in the oven. Then they joined us for the 11am service. Scott was playing at 1st Plymouth so when we all got home from church, the kids found their eggs and then we had Easter dinner together.
I had to take a picture of these flowers as they are so pretty and are the only thing that reminds me of spring. The weather has been so dreary and cold and rainy. They were from the Seder Meal that we all went to on Maundy Thursday. I had made two of these cakes for the Palm Sunday bake sale and had to promise Elise that I would make another one for our Easter dinner.
Happy Easter!
He is Risen, indeed! Alleluia!
