Last night I figured out that neither Scott or I had to work today AND that the summer heat which had averaged 105 degrees (with the heat index) over the last two weeks was breaking. So, I thought it would be a perfect day to spend with the kids before school starts on Wednesday. We decided to go walking at Pioneers Park, then made our way downtown for lunch and finally stopped in to see the capitol. Scott had taken Elise there earlier this summer, but Adrienne, Eliot and I had not been in it for years!
