Scott turned 50 this week... wow... that's a big number... just ask Eliot. He has all the "geezer" jokes you could ever need. He even made a "Haggy Birthday" card for him.
Since both LPS and UNL had fall break on Monday and Tuesday, we celebrated for two days. On Monday, we spent a beautiful fall day in Omaha at the Zoo and the Old Market. Then on Tuesday we gave him his big gift... tickets to the Bob Dylan concert in Omaha in a couple of weeks. Tim and Carol also took us out to dinner that evening. It was a great way to celebrate a half a century of life.
Happy Birthday, Scott! What do you think about 50 more?...
