Yesterday we headed to the Twin Cities to retrieve our boy and spend a couple of days enjoying the "big city side" of Minnesota. Eliot had an awesome week with his cousins. Thanks Annette and Ian for spoiling him- he loved every minute of it! For lunch, my mom joined us at the Mall of America. We ate at Bubba Gump Shrimp and spent the day shopping and riding rides. For dinner we joined Scott at our hotel where he had fried chicken, fruit and drinks ready for us. This morning we went to the Minnesota Zoo, ate a late lunch at El Toro, and have been swimming and relaxing at the hotel. Tomorrow, Adrienne and I head to Chicago to get her visa for Italy while Scott and the kids go back to Nebraska. It's been a good vacation! A little crazy, but I've barely had any time to think about work :)
