This weekend we went to Stanhope, Iowa to gather with all of Scott's siblings and spouses to take pictures at his mom's request. Of course it was beastly hot, so we did our best to keep the grandkids cooled off. Annette was great at manning activity, after activity, after activity!

I love Elise in this second picture. She was trying to keep up with 5 boys all weekend. A couple of times she just stomped her foot and threw a girl-fit!

Here's Scott, coveting another two-wheeled vehicle...

Uncle Mark was a great sport about playing hoops, (did I mention it was stinkin' hot?)...

We took a lot of turns on the porch swing...

and then, the adults donned their white shirts and jeans for pictures...

Do you know how hard it is to take pictures when people keep coming up with one liners, (among other things), that make you laugh a little harder than a "big smile"?
